The Peril of Unbelief

"He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" John 3:18

The ransom has been paid, death and hell overcome, Christ paid it all and the call went out to all who will hear " . . . The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel" Mark 1:15 . . . Therefore, those who trust in Christ alone and believe on Him for who He is, will not perish with this world.

" Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: " Romans 5:1. But what about those who do not believe?

Is not believing a sin ? How bad can unbelief be ?

" I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins."
